B is for ‘Being‘ with your experience — curtailing the tendency to react habitually or on auto-pilot.
C is for Conscious seeing — learning to look at our experience with a fully conscious and clear knowing, enabling us to get perspective on our habitual reactive modes and respond to situations with emotional intelligence and wisdom.
